Danny Carlo Pandolfi (formerly Craft-D) is a poet, rapper, writer, educator and cultural producer from London, now living in Bristol, UK.

His work explore the crossovers between forms associated with traditional poetry and contemporary hip-hop. His educational workshops and arts projects seek to make poetry and rap engaging and accessible for everyone, using them as a positive outlet for self-expression, mental health and connection.

He’s been #1 in the UK Hip-Hop chart and Amazon Music’s Best Seller with 'Letter to Corbyn', amassing hundreds of thousands of views across social media, and charted in the official Top 40 UK Downloads Chart.

He is a former 2x UK Battle Rap Champion on Don’t Flop. He has been featured on major channels such as ITV News, TedX and BBC 1Xtra, and performed at iconic venues such as Ministry of Sound, 02 Academy Bristol and Roundhouse London.

He is Director of Raise the Bar, one of Europe’s leading live poetry nights based in Bristol, running events which champions a diverse range of writers, lyricists and storytellers, and he is Co-Director of Lyra - Bristol Poetry Festival.

He has performed at festivals including Shambala, Camp Bestival, Love Saves the Day, Cheltenham Literature Festival, Ledbury Poetry Festival, and has featured on numerous radio stations including BBC 1Xtra and BBC Radio Bristol.

His past residencies include being a Resident Poet/Rapper at the Roundhouse in London and Bristol’s Boat Poet. He has had new works commissioned by the likes of Bristol Beacon, Bath Spa University and Bristol University, as well as writing commission pieces for weddings, corporate events, and other occasions. He has also done voiceover work for Spotify campaigns and a BBC feature film.
